Job Description



Summary

Represents the Company and its brands to On-Premise
establishments.  Sells spirits, wine, and
non-alcoholic products to taverns, hotels, restaurants, cocktail lounges, bowling
alleys, and other licensed On-Premise accounts by performing the following
duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Compiles lists of
prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from
newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet web
sites, and other sources.



Prepares monthly planning and goals.



Conducts sales reviews with accounts.



Maintains existing accounts and provides customer service in accordance with the
Company’s customer service philosophy and standards.



Schedules product promotions and wine and spirit dinners.



Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
to solicit orders, or talks with customers at the On-Premise place of business
or by telephone.  Sustains the minimum
number of sales calls as determined by the District Manager.  Working a firm daily itinerary is mandatory.



Distributes and displays various Point of Sale items.



Quotes prices and prepares sales orders.



Estimates dates of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of delivery
schedules.



Prepares reports of business transactions. 
Maintains customer management profile.



Works with Administrative and Operations teammates to assure the best service
is provided to customers.



Coordinates customer training.



Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into
computer database through customer service.



Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.



Investigates and resolves general customer problems.



Attends trade shows and special events to represent the Company and its brands.
