Job Description

Summary  

Lead the bottle line area within the PM Shift Operation to include Picking, Returns, Slotting, Replenishment, and Repack. Train and mentor new/existing Teammates within Operational requirements. Direct work/tasks of others while acting as liaison between Teammates and Management. Troubleshoot issues involving order and product flow and various types of material handling equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Plans and controls the daily flow of work assignments to include rotation of personnel to dictated areas of
  • operation
  • Control the daily flow of the bottle line to ensure a steady flow of product to the conveyor to meet time
  • requirements for truck loading.
  • Responsible for leading the daily startup which includes box preparation and label generating.
  • Report any unsafe practices by from teammates and report any injuries or incidents to a member of the
  • PM management team.
  • Ensures daily pre-trip inspections are completed for each lift used on the bottle line.
  • Monitors and controls the flow of returns at the beginning of each shift.
  • Help maintain the equipment logs on a nightly basis as well as reporting any issues with the equipment
  • assigned to teammates on the bottle line.
  • Operates a forklift when required.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to
  • quality control station.
  • Ensures all boxes are marked with identifying information and in wave order sequence.
  • Ensures the bottle line is cleaned and maintained daily.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and attitude toward teammates at all times.
  • Submits End of Day report to PM Management.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management team.
Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
