Job Description


Represents Company and its brands to
retail establishment.  Sells products for
distributor to customer's place of business by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Compiles lists of
prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from
newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web
sites, and other sources.

Prepares regular planning
and goals, as assigned by Supervisor. 
Including but not limited to reports of business transactions and
maintaining a customer management profile.

Maintains existing accounts
and provides customer service in accordance with the Company's customer service
philosophy and standards.

Travels throughout assigned
territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or
talks with customers at place of business or by phone.  Sustains the minimum number of sales calls as
determined by Management.

Displays product, using
various Point of Sale items and emphasizes salable features.

Quotes prices correctly
with reference to company pricing guidelines and prepares sales orders.

Estimates date of delivery
to customer, based on knowledge of delivery schedules.

Collaborates with
Administrative and Operations teammates to assure the best service is provided
to customers.

Coordinates customer
training and product promotions.

Develops and maintains
relationships with purchasing contacts.

Investigates and resolves
customer issues around deliveries, billing and all other aspects of customer

Attends regularly schedules
sales meetings, seminars, trade shows and special events to represent the
Company and its brands.
