Then you are the candidate we are seeking as an Admissions Advisor at our Orlando campus to build relationships with potential students and educate them on the benefits of enrolling in a Herzing University diploma or degree program.  The ideal candidate will be a results driven, self-accountable professional with high energy who demonstrates the Herzing values represented by our P.R.I.C.E. of Success model (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Engagement). 

Position Overview
The Admissions Advisor is responsible for educating and attracting potential students through inbound and outbound phone and face-to-face interactions.  Counsels prospective students on the advantages of attending Herzing University.  Interviews prospective students to define program of interest, discuss scheduling, time commitment involved, etc. and ensures all aspects of the enrollment process are completed thoroughly and accurately.
Hours:  Weekly schedule will assigned but must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8:00-4:30 on Friday; and 8:00-12:00 one Saturday per month.

Some college required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least one year of related work experience.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Works independently; well organized with attention to detail.
Strong prioritization skills.
