Essential Job Functions:
•Plan, direct and manage salaried and hourly-paid personnel and staff engineers to guide projects which will maximize utilization of people, skills, machines, tools and processes.
•Aid in the development of new manufacturing concepts and the design, procurement, and applications of capital projects. Aid Management in controlling departmental budgets and capital justification and implementation.
•Develop estimates of manufacturing costs for new products, tooling, etc., as related to manufacturing.
•Aid in research and analysis of advanced technology automation, and tooling directed at reduction of manufacturing cost to achieve profit, goals, and marketing objectives.
•Conduct Kaizen events and rebalances lines to optimize efficiency.
•Support new product implementation process through NPI process.

Job Requirements

•Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; and a minimum of eight years of Manufacturing Engineering experience is required.
•Previous supervisory experience required.
•Previous experience implementing lean, preferred.
•Previous experience leading Kaizen events preferred.
•Must have a broad knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing.
Salary: up to 100K depending on expereince
