Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing organization.  Our company provides a comprehensive spectrum of innovative RFID solutions.  As a Business Analyst you will be an integral part of our technology team..Summary:  The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business and Information Technology.  This position will be developing User requirements and working closely with Project Managers and developers to ensure the successful fulfillment of those requirements.  The Business Analyst is expected to play an active role in the application development team including high-level error analysts and troubleshooting when necessary.Essential Functions:

Produce efficient business requirements, function specifications and test plans
Effectively interact with Developers, Systems Administrators and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Demonstrate effective communication skills
Contribute to the advancement of Information Technology goals
Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring for other, junior members of the IT team.Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office tools including Project and Visio.
Experience with traditional Project Management methodology and knowledge of Agile/Lean.
Working knowledge of a variety of technologies and platforms including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred.
Knowledge of core business processes like procure to pay, payroll delivery and order to cash is a plus.Behavioral Skills: 

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are a necessity for this role.
Ability to understand business needs, system requirements and user motivations and translate those into clear, deliverable tasks.
Strong self-motivation with great organization and time management skills.  Able to effectively manage details of multiple projects.
A strong customer service focus and determination to solve problems, quickly, accurately and professionally
Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels; conducts self in polite and professional manner.
Demonstrates a motivation to provide fast, accurate and complete customer service at all times to all employees and management.
Uses resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems.Working conditions/Physical Effort:

Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
Up to 25% travel required.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to type on a keyboard and operate a PC.
Ability to converse over a telephone.
Ability to work in office and perform in corporate environment.Education: Bachelor' s degree in computer science or engineering preferredExperience:  3 to 5 years IT Experience required. 2 to 4   years’ experience in a similar role required.
