Description: The Customer Advocate is a key component to our customer service efforts. Representatives will be the first line of support for inbound customer queries and must have a detailed understanding of product information. Because of the highly people-centric nature of this position, applicants should possess excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. The Customer Advocate role is designet to familiarize young professionals with the business in anticipation of future growth. Applicants should demonstrate a high level of teachability and growth potential for future marketing and customer support roles. Responsibilities: -Answer inbound customer calls -Respond to customer questions and concerns, escalate to manager as necessary -Maintain expert-level product knowledge. Qualifications: -Must have a Bachelor's Degree -Less than 2 years post-college experience -Excellent communication skills -Professional attitude -Clean image. Must be Bi-lingual-Spanish speaking
