Manager
Position Purpose:
Lead Customer Service/Inside Sales & Sales Support team to ensure the team’s objectives are met and customers’ inquiries and requests are satisfied in a timely manner. Support field sales team in communicating, following up, and addressing customers’ needs.

Job Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage Inside Sales & Sales Support team’s performance and daily activities to ensure that the goals and objectives are met.
•Handle incoming customer calls by answering questions and following up with product recommendations and price quotes utilizing great customer service techniques. Oversee the preparation of all proposals, quotes, and RFQs.
•Provide support to outside sales team by communicating customer activity and providing leads.
•Lead efforts to organize and manage all records, reports, and data for the Sales Department.
•Lead proper pricing and customer information entry with ERP system.
•Provide consistent and timely communication with warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are taken care of.
•Ensures bid follow ups.
•Assist Vice President - Sales with proposals correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets.
•Manage administrative activities, reporting, invoicing, and proposals for field offices and personnel.
•Manage filing of all correspondence and maintain customer database.

Essential Skills, Education & Experience:
•Associates degree in business curriculum, BBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales administration is required.
•JDE Oracle ERP System experience a huge plus for consideration.
•3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
•Requires proficiency in the use of personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite to generate memos, reports and general office correspondence.
•Must have good customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable.
•Must possess good communication skills with peers, direct reports and at all levels of the company.
•Must be comfortable with change, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have ability to think outside the box.
•Occasional travel required.
