Description: Customer Service Specialist


Growing Manufacturing Company is looking for a Customer
Service Specialist to work with International Accounts and Shipments.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a Big Plus


Must come from a manufacturing environment with solid
work history working with Customer Service and Inside Sales. Support the team
to ensure the objectives are met and customers’ inquiries and requests are
satisfied in a timely manner. Support field sales team in communicating,
following up, and addressing customers’ needs.


Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls by answering questions and
following up with product recommendations and price quotes utilizing great
customer service techniques.

Provide support to outside sales team by communicating customer
activity and providing leads.

Provide consistent and timely communication with warehouse
personnel to ensure customer needs are taken care of. May help in reporting,
invoicing, and proposals for field offices and personnel.  


Essential Skills, Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Inside Sales/Customer Service/Sales
administration is required.

JDE Oracle ERP System experience a huge plus for

Proficiency in the use of personal computer and Microsoft
Office Suite to generate memos, reports and general office correspondence.

Must have good customer service skills and be flexible
and adaptable.

Must possess good communication skills with peers, direct
reports and at all levels of the company.

Must be comfortable with change, possess an entrepreneurial
spirit and have ability to think outside the box.
