Job Description

Description: As our Digital Media Scheduler you will be responsible for scheduling and programming content on digital signage networks. You will be expected to interact with clients in order to determine their needs and coordinate efforts to ensure you meet their expectations in a timely and professional manner. You will be expected to prioritize and manage multiple requests and issues while maintaining the high level of service our customers have come to expect.
Role & Duties

• Fulfillment of requests from internal or external clients regarding content scheduling and social media curation for managed and unmanaged clients, requiring…
o Reacting to requests quickly and thoroughly
o Obtaining scheduling information from client points of contact
o Requesting additional information from clients to validate understanding of requests
o Analyzing information received to determine best approach to fulfill requests by applying logic and software expertise
o Create and test content playlists
o Import client content when delivered to a file server
o Validate expected results will be delivered
o Plan and execute additional manual changes to accommodate client requests
o Validate social media content for appropriateness based on standards and client specifications
o Utilize tools to obtain end-user permission for use of social content when required
o Deliver approved social content to client networks
o Proactively communicating with clients to provide updates and ensure desired results are observed
o Rotating afterhours and emergency response responsibilities as required
• Management of events identified through proactive monitoring of as well as informational, warning, and exception notifications regarding network endpoints on managed client networks using various proprietary and non-proprietary technologies
• Management of incidents related to proprietary software on managed client networks by documenting actionable events and resolving or escalating to peers for resolution as appropriate
• Proactive consultation with internal or external clients regarding content scheduling and social curation best practices and with managed clients regarding content scheduling process
• Documentation of content scheduling and social curation policies and procedures as well as requirements applicable to specific managed clients
• Documentation of proprietary software and social curation-related technologies as well as training of internal and external clients on features and functionality of those products; be viewed as a subject matter expert for those products and technologies
• Documentation and escalation of proprietary software and social curation technologies defects and feature requests

• Consistently operate with the goal of strengthening client points of contact relationships and creating client loyalty to the company and the services provided by delivering the highest possible client satisfaction with each interaction and result
• Ability to learn quickly and retain large amounts of information through memory and accurate note-taking
• Ability to prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact for multiple clients and client locations
• Ability to effectively compartmentalize differences across clients and their respective needs and practices
• Ability to multitask and easily adapt to successfully meet simultaneous demands and assist peers with related tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of client support experience
• Candidate must be proficient with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Candidate must possess exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written), mature judgment and diplomacy required to interact effectively and manage situations with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups.
• Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail.
• Candidate must have pragmatic decision making abilities.
• Candidate must have the ability to perform independently as well as part of a goal-oriented team.
• Candidate must have a flexible work schedule. The job may require work during non-standard business hours.
