Description:             

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan,
develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s HR
function and performance including the creation of effective policies, programs
and services and maintain current knowledge of and legal compliance with Human
Resources and Payroll policies, programs, laws, taxes and issues
Utilize
ADP, ADP Streamline and Axapta system
Develop
policies and programs which include talent acquisition and staffing,
performance management, compensation management and benefits coordination, risk
management, employee relations and counseling
Provide
employee on boarding, orientation and training leveraging SkyPrep
Comply
with state and federal human resource laws and regulations domestically and
globally and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations
under COBRA, ERISA, WARN, Wage/Hour, EEO/AAP, ADA, INS, and Drug Testing FCPA
Ensure
all compliance reports are prepared, written, managed, communicated and
followed
Evaluate
and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs and regulatory
action in order to improve the attraction, motivation, development and
retention of the people resources of the corporation
Monitor
payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate pay on a regular or exception
basis
Monitor
and manage employee data security and develop, maintain and improve the employee
performance program
Advise
department managers on company policy regarding equal employment opportunities,
compensation, employee benefits and employee issues
Develop
formal and informal hiring, training and communication plans and administer
them
Translate
strategic and tactical business plans into Human Resources strategic and
operational initiatives

Education/Requirements:

Master’s
degree in Business Administration and four years of experience in the job
offered or four years of experience in maintaining current knowledge of and
legal compliance Human Resources and Payroll policies programs, laws, taxes and
issues.
Command
of ADP, ADP Streamline and SkyPrep systems
Retention
Program development
Execute
and Comply with all Legal requirements and government reporting regulations
under COBRA, ERISA, WARN, Wage/Hour, EEOC/AAP, ADA, INS, and Drug Testing
FCPA
Must
be able to interact with Senior Management and Senior Corporate Management
Must
have excellent written, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Limited
travel required
