Job description





Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:





Payroll





Serve as backup or primary payroll administrator for processing

semi-monthly payroll with Paycom
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and

entering data
Update payroll records by entering and tracking changes in

earnings, deductions or other employee data
Collect and process timecards for payroll
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing

information
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests

























Benefits





Provide day-to-day administration of benefits plans, including

enrollment, billing, claim disputes and employee communication
Assist with annual open enrollment
Administer paid time off program
Train new hires and employees on benefit plans
Communicate with benefit providers as necessary
Create and complete reports as needed
Reconcile all employee health benefits in order to process

payments to providers





























Employee Relations & Compliance





Establish, maintain and control all personnel records, files,

correspondence, and reports
Document human resources and employee actions
Track and monitor personnel review process
Interact with and supply information to employees and job

applicants

















Recruiting





Provide assistance in hiring process activities such as posting

jobs on job board or website, reviewing applications and maintaining a

spreadsheet on tracking an applicant
Perform pre-employment background checks
Process personnel requisition forms













On-Boarding





Guide new employees through on-boarding processes, including providing

orientation information, reviewing company policies and gathering employment

documents
Process new hires and terminations including associated forms,

reports and records









Requirements:





Bachelors degree in related field with 3+ years related work

experience is preferred
Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and

interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (including

vlookups and pivot tables)
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
Effective problem solving skills
Strong initiative, able to multi-task, need little direction,

good judgement
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and

discretion
