Job Description

Description: Maintain Program updates, resources
management, financials, program status, etc. in Planview utilizing the PM
user role
Collaborate with PMs on Program Resource
requirements and variance resolutions.
Support all aspects of Baan/PV Importer
Troubleshoot and collaborate with other
site Planview SMEs to resolve system errors
Preform Planview functionality testing
Create and communicate clear and precise
documented status updates, processes and requests
Support development of Planview business
processes, training, templates and clean data auditing practices
Create training materials and train users
on the usage/best practices of Planview
Provide Planview and Program Management
Team support as needed
Analyze and report on Planview Data
Interact frequently with customers and/or
functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management;
frequently interact with program managers and individual contributor
groups.

 

 

 

PREVIOUS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



REQUIRED
Basic Qualifications (must have
skills):




- 2 years
of experience in program administration or related experience.

- Must be
a team player with a can do attitude, able to multi-task and prioritize
duties

- Have
excellent follow through on action items 


- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite,
emphasis on Excel and Word. 

- Intermediate
knowledge Microsoft Outlook in a professional setting. 

- Ability
to learn new systems and quickly build upon provided training to autonomous
task completion

 




PREFERRED
Qualifications (nice to
have skills)




- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Understanding of database basics

- Experience using Planview
