NoiseAware was
built as the result of one party incident. CEO, David Krauss, rented out his
short term rental on Airbnb to a guest who was coming to stay at his place for
a 'quiet weekend'. That quiet weekend never happened and after their
mini coachella rager in his condo he was left to clean up the mess - a cease
and desist letter from his building and a lot of angry neighbors. Dave was
forced to sell his property and lost over $30,000. That's when he met Andrew
Schulz, a brilliant electrical engineer with a unique set of skills. The two
began building what is now 'The Smoke Detector for Noise'. A smart
sensor equipped with noise monitoring technology to save short term rental
owners and managers from the same nightmare that Dave endured.

Today NoiseAware is the fastest growing startup in Dallas.  It’s a team of fun, bright and collaborative
people who believe quiet hours should always be quiet.  The team is growing and looking for an
entrepreneurial outside-of-the-box thinking individual with a “just do it”
attitude to own the deployment and onboarding of NoiseAware service to their
clients.

Role and
Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and improving
the PROCESS of deployment and onboarding of NoiseAware service to customers
Facilitates deployment success of major
accounts
Internal management of deployment and
on-boarding logistics
Communicate customer feedback and
insight to Product Development team
Leads charge to establish relations and
manages installer networks
Support CEO and VP of Customer and
Partnership Development
And other duties as assigned and needed

Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or
Information Technology is preferred or relevant experience including military
3+ years’ experience in a Client
Success or Product Implementation role or relevant experience including
military
Experience with Home Automation and
Smart Home technologies is preferred
Experience designing, developing and
documenting operational processes
Experience creating process flow
diagrams and charts
High attention to detail
Experience leading projects and
utilizing project management methodologies
Excellent verbal and written
communication and listening skills
Must be a self-managing, motivated,
technically savvy individual
Strong client-service orientation
Proficient knowledge of MS-Office
products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to travel up to 50%
Willingness to commute to uptown Dallas
office location
Desire to help grow an early stage
company!
