Job Description

Description: A Software Help Desk and Customer Support Consultant whose responsibilities include; helping customers to resolve problems and answering questions related to the day to day use and configuration of our SaaS Software products. Requirements: • Helpdesk Support Experience and/or Customer Care/Service Center experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Demonstrated interest in and aptitude working with Microsoft Office personal productivity tools, with a special emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required • Educational or job experience that demonstrates quantitative skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide range of people. • Application Software Implementation experience preferred but not required. • Experience in a software company preferred but not required. • Familiarity with enterprise software applications (eg. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Peoplesoft, JDEdwards, Siebel) preferred but not required
