The Solutions Sales Executive
is responsible for driving strategy, planning and executing sales, and
delivering customer satisfaction in a set of top accounts. By working closely
with our strategic partners, channel community and directly selling to clients,
the Solutions Sales Executive will drive market share and revenue growth
through ongoing pipeline development and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

a leadership role driving SaaS Solutions sales for the assigned territory
the go-to expert on SaaS Solutions in a collaborative sales approach with our
strategic partners, channels community and customers
and execute an innovative joint business plan with our strategic partners and
channels community to meet and exceed assigned quota
with cross-functional resources including: Engineering, Marketing, IT and
Management to drive solutions sales
and convert pipeline
forecast pipeline development (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and report on RMG
Enterprise Solutions opportunities within the assigned territory
territory using accurate forecasting to deliver sales results
with peers, partners and customers using a win/win philosophy
customer satisfaction; establish reference customers
enterprise solutions at customer & partner meetings, trade shows, events
and conferences
is required

5+ years in enterprise sales,
preferably in software for a high-growth organization
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proven track record of high
goal achievement and revenue building required
Aggressive, energetic,
self-starter with an established skill set in solution and relationship
Proven history of performance
in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at the
enterprise level, including competence and confidence in presenting at the
Director, VP and C-level
Proficient in team selling
approach, comfortable applying business acumen and financial expertise to
identify and qualify opportunities
Skilled in sales strategy,
opportunity discovery, deal qualification and negotiation to close
Entrepreneurial thinking is a
must.  MUSt be able to demonstrate past sales experience.
