The Receptionist is Chalet of Niles “Director of First Impressions” ” requiring an upbeat attitude and sincere willingness to help all tenants, guests, vendors, and employees. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are a must.

Our Receptionist greet visitors, answer questions, and direct phone calls appropriately. This position provides clerical support to management staff, includes data entry

Job Requirements

We are looking for a teammate that has the following talents to share:

  • One year experience in a customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, customer-centered services.
  • Compassion and desire to work with a senior population while adapting to physical and mental limitations.
  • Must be able to take initiative and resolve problems without supervision, which requires good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong participant in our team-centered culture.
  • Intermediate computer skills; including experience with Microsoft Office products.
