Job Description

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living; provide personal care services for residents, including but not

Limited to bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, assisting with meals and daily wellness checks, answer call lights,

Perform laundry duties, provide supportive care as necessary to maintain resident safety, perform light housekeeping

Conduct room checks as scheduled including vital signs and medication reminders, complete required papper work and conduct a verbal report at all shift changes, communicate with residents and other staff members.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
