Job Description

  • Full time position providing project-based support of strategic initiatives for program redesign and expansion
  • Job duties: working with programs and business services in team-based projects for program expansion, development of program outcomes, and implementing process improvements; grant management; data analysis; development of process workflows and procedures; business planning.

Job Requirements

  • Masters preferred in social service, public health or business related field
  • 5 year previous experience in opening or managing a social service program, building community partnerships, and/or program improvements in the mental health or substance use field.
  • Skills: knowledge of social service regulations; project management skills; proficient use of data base systems/Microsoft Excel for data analysis ; good written and oral communication skills; independent worker able to work in a team environment. EOE.
