Job Description

Under direction of the Executive Director, performs management supervision functions related to but not limited to planning, budgeting, policy compliance, social service supervision, assisted living services, board & community relationships. Regularly conducts site visits to ensure compliance, policies, procedures & regulations are being followed and health & safety requirements are being met. Act as resource to building manager & social service coord. regarding resident/applicant and staff issues. Responible for HUD/IHDA compliance including budgeting, replacement reserves, HAP renewals, Afirm. Fair Housing Market. plans, tenant selection plans etc. Responsible for LSSI compliance including, capital process, management agreements, HUD certs, human resources, policies & procedures, budget compliance, and emergency situations. Assist supervisor in planning and presenting at housing meetings & trainings. Assist supervisor in development of compliance documents. Communicate concerns/issues to supervisor. Work with Facility Boards, LSSI staff and community resources. Represent Housing in a professional manner. Complete documentation and reports as needed. Perform other related tasks as necessary or as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in related field with 3-5 years management/supervisory experience or a combination of education & experience. 3-5 years housing management experience. Minimum leasing license & Preferred Certified Occupancy Specialst. Willingness & Ability to participate/obtain HUD, LSSI, OSHA, REAC, ETC Related Training. Driver's license & access to a insured vehicle.
