Job Description

  • Work between two senior buildings (Aurora and Batavia, IL) weekly
  • Provide needs assessments, crisis intervention, case management and process public aid application for residents along with maintaining confidentiality
  • Arrange educational programs for residents and staff
  • Maintain files in accordance with HUD and LSSI requirements and complete all reports in a timely manner
  • Act as a resource to the Housing Manager and maintain contacts in the community
  • Coordinate schedules, and       resident services and programs with other onsite Service Coordinator
  • Computer knowledge and Excellent Customer Service


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field
  • Preferred experience with older adults and entitlements
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
  • Willingness & Ability to participate/obtain HUD related training or other training as needed
