As the Team Leader/Supervisor of an exceptionally motivated team of professionals implementing Treatment Foster Care of Oregon (TFCO), a highly acclaimed, evidence based intervention, you will make the difference in the lives of children and their families.

As the Team Leader/Supervisor, you will:

    • Lead a team of skilled professionals

    • Plan and implement highly individualized treatment interventions

    • Work closely with highly trained professional foster parents

    • Provide supervision, learning opportunities and guidance for team

    • Solve problems, using your creativity and sense of humor

    • Ensure the model is delivered with fidelity

    • Transform the lives of children and families

      Must Haves:

    • A MSW or equivalent and LCSW or equivalent

    • Clinical, supervisory and child welfare experience

    • CWEL, 402, CERAP and CCA (or ability to obtain)

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Treatment Foster Care Team Leader / Supervisor role must possess:
