I. Essential Functions
A. Demonstrates competence in the areas of critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills.

3. Demonstrates the psychomotor and manual dexterity needed to perform selected DON and unit techniques.
**Licensures and/or Certifications: BLS, Required. ACLS Preferred.**
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience in Emergency Department setting, Level I or Level II.
