Job Description
Department: Home Health
Under the general direction of te Director of Home Health, provides a comprehensive individualized treatment program for patients according to department policies and procedures.
Mininimum Qualifications
Education: Gradute of an accredited physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Associationof other approving body, with a Baccalaureate or Master's degree and certified in physical therapy.
Licensure: Registered with the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Other: Comprehensieve knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodology required of a physical therapist.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 1 year experience preferrred with communication and documentation skills.
