Bilingual Contact Center Representative (Spanish - Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from customers regarding products in Spanish and English
  • Provide high levels of customer service answering customer questions
  • Entering data into computer system


  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK either 11:30am – 8pm Sun – Thursday or 1:30p-12am 4 days/week. Will be MANDATORY OVERTIME.
  • Must have recent Customer Service experience.
  • MUST be fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH
  • Must be even tempered and be able to handle frustrated customers.
  • Must be able to be at work, on-time daily.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Plainfield.
  • Must pass a customer service and data entry assessment as well as criminal background check and drug screen.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education, a plus
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
  • Computer proficiency and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Customer service oriented
