Office Administrator


Job Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks  to support the organization including data entry, customer service, reporting, and supervising employees.

Specific job duties of the Office Administrator can include:

  • Making outbound calls to people with overdue payments 
  • Informing clients of payment options
  • Researching payment history and options
  • Taking inbound calls from clients
  • Handling confidential account information
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining positive relations between clients and customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm Sat 8am - 3pm

Location: NW side of Indianapolis

Duration: Contract to Hire

Pay: $15hr

Job Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated  Office Administrator who exhibits a strong work ethic and who is willing to go above and beyond in order to fulfill a wide range of support duties. You should also be a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to interact effectively with the public, both on the telephone and through email correspondences.

Additional qualifications for the Office Administrator role include:

  • High school diploma or GED; additional education, a plus
  • 5+ years related Office Management experience REQUIRED
  • Stable work history
  • Proven record of excellent attendance
  • Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
  • Computer proficiency and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to utilize the internet for research
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of and experience with computer hardware and software, a plus
