Builds skills and outcomes by training, coaching, and delegating work to team.
Manages a team to perform the following systems work:
•Manages Active Directory domain and related services. This includes ADFS, group policy management, organization and troubleshooting of core domain services.
•Manages Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environment functionality and stability.
•Administers hosted and on premise VMWare environment and all servers/virtual machines.
•Administers company Cisco UCM phone platform, operation and stability.
•Administers company Meraki routers, switches, and phone system.
•Administers all tasks necessary to protect computer information and systems from infiltration, corruption or other security risks, including penetration prevention, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Acts as highest technical escalation point for IT Services department and assists VP of IT in systems planning.
Maintains understanding of industry trends and new and improved processes and systems.
Supports Software Development team in server platforms, database and patching needs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in an IT or Systems Administration discipline, from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
At least 5 years of experience in managing Systems Administration staff and teams.
At least 10 years of experience in Systems Administration with relevant technologies especially Meraki/Cisco, VMWare and Microsoft Server technologies.
Previous experience with wireless retail, technical services, telecom or similar technology background a plus but not required.
Previous experience with multi-site infrastructures is strongly preferred.
Very strong organizational and documentation skills are preferred, including experience with Microsoft Visio and other tools.

Strong interpersonal skills that will provide the ability to develop relationships with diverse personalities.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously, identifying problems and solving independently.
