This District Sales Manager oversees multiple retail stores responsible for selling a full range of wireless products and services to our customers in a professional and customer friendly manner. The DL will be responsible for all aspects of the successful operation of their assigned retail stores to include sales, customer service, hiring and developing team members and inventory management. The ideal candidate must have the ability to gain followers and influence behaviors of their assigned stores in a manner that meets and or exceeds stated business goals. This person should demonstrate exceptional leadership ability which in turn develops their team members to provide outstanding customer service, sales skills, as well as problem solving skills. In addition, the DL must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
•Providing timely responses to the general inquiries of the senior sales leadership team.
•Conducting administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner as requested.
•Remain compliant to company sponsored policies and procedures.
•Ability to connect quickly and effectively with Store Leaders in order to provide an environment for efficient and effective teaching and coaching interactions.
•Responsible for keeping sales team in assigned store up to date on all promotions, pricing, and updates that are provided to our sales teams on a daily basis.
•Ensuring their assigned stores remain audit compliant in all affected areas.
•Performing oversight of inventory counts and cash reconciliation for their assigned stores.
•Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills which in turn causes the ability to lead and gain followers.
•Successfully achieve district and individual sales goals as developed by senior leadership.
•Train and develop sales staff to increase product knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve assigned performance goals.
•Able to oversee the effective execution of all point-of-sales transactions, nightly reconciliation, etc. in accordance with company standards and audits for accuracy.
•Ensure proper inventory controls are in place and that inventory transactions are facilitated in accordance with company standards.
•Ensure all stores are opened and closed appropriately following standard procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
•Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
•Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and cope well with frequent change.
•Minimum of one year of retail sales management with a customer friendly approach.
•Bachelors degree from an accredited four year college or equivalent work experience.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
