ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, without limitation, the following:
•Shipping and receiving inventory.
•Processing inventory to vendor for credit.
•Processing inventory to manufacturer for repair.
•Refurbishing, clearing, and cleaning device returns.
•Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
•Complete daily inventory transactions within the point of sale system.
•Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, if needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Associates Degree or higher level of education preferred.
•Intermediate skills with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to deal effectively with other employees and other departments within the company to accomplish the company’s business objectives while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
