Job Description

  • Knowledge of and compliance with Parker Drilling Company and Exxon Neftegas Limited HSE policies and practices.
  • Understands all safety, fire and emergency terminology.
  •  Intimate knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Responsible for all verbal and written translations at the work site as requested.
  •  Responsible for preparing, modifying and creating, as instructed, new miscellaneous documents, lists and forms on computer for the Toolpusher on duty and for the Rig Superintendent.
  • Monitors all intercom conversations and calls and be always accessible by this mean of communication.
  •  Keeps continuous contact with supervisory personnel on location and being aware of the situation and works carried out on location.
  •  In case of emergency immediately reports to the Toolpusher on duty.
  •   Participates and assists in scheduled safety and training activities.
  •   Participates actively in Parker Drilling Company Hazard Identification / Near Miss program.
  • Responsible for cleaning and organizing DCR when not directly involved with other aspects of the operation
  • Responsible for personal actions while on tour and in Operator’s facilities.
  •  Promotion of good attitude among fellow workers which would be conductive to learning among fellow workers.
  • Performs “single” orders of his managers.
