Summary:

The Regional Account Director is accountable for development and account management for the EMEA business unit.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Voice of the region on assigned customers.
  • Support & influence decisions on regional efforts.
  • Communicate and guide BU, executive sponsors and Operational account managers on regional matters.
  • Drive & lead Drilling and rentals solution/integration opportunities.
  • Support on due diligence for new leads / geographies.
  • Ownership on accounts specific region roadmap strategies.
  • Lead Partnership efforts on the area from startups to conservation.
  • Maintains the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients.
  • Helps to build and identify new opportunities on new customers.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • 15 Years Oil & Gas Industry experience
  • International Experience required
  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Business or Engineering required.  MBA or Masters preferred
  • Arabic Language

    Adaptability to other software is a requirement.
  • Must be able to multi-task while prioritizing to ensure delivery of completed work on schedule.
