We are seeking Holiday Sales Representatives to market Cutco products through an innovative, effective and low-key sales model. As a Holiday Sales Representative with Vector, you will learn to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, offer appropriate solutions, overcome objections, close sales and generate referrals. You will practice listening and communication skills as you absorb valuable sales and business acumen that will make you an asset not just to Vector but to the job market at large.

Work Responsibilities

As a Holiday Sales Representative with Vector, you will set your own hours as you schedule in-home appointments with potential customers looking for the perfect gift for their loved ones. You will start with friends and family and then follow our successful “friends of friends" referral generation program.

Additional responsibilities of the Holiday Sales Representative include:

  • Conducting Cutco product demonstrations in customers’ homes
  • Filling and submitting accurate customer orders
  • Reviewing personal performance with your local office manager over the phone several times per week
  • Attending weekly sales team meetings, advanced training workshops and conferences

Job Requirements

 

As a Holiday Sales Representative with Vector, you must possess a strong work ethic, the desire to learn new skills and a positive attitude. You must also be persistent, resilient and not easily discouraged, as you may hear many “no’s" on your way to closing sales.

Additional requirements for the Holiday Sales Representative include:

  • High school degree or being at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer service experience a plus
