The successful candidate will provide expert technical support to associates by analyzing and providing recommendations for improved business processes related to proprietary ERP functionality and configuration. This position will also serve as project manager for significant enhancements and conversions.
Major Responsibilities
Assist business partners in identifying how to best leverage system(s) investment, proprietary ERP and related technology, through improved processes, enhancements and training;
Serve as project manager / lead for system-related projects impacting the business, including system conversions, enhancements and upgrades;
Liaise with the PFG application support team and third party provider to ensure business requirements are properly defined, communicated and upgrades / enhancements implemented in a timely manner;
Assist in maintaining the proper level of system security in support of a strong internal control environment; and
Provide training to associates on system functionality, processes and best practices.
Requirements
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to positively lead teams through change. Supervisory experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a high volume, fast-paced, changing environment. Skilled in user support, troubleshooting and error resolution; ERP systems support, and fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 2010. LANSA, RDML Programming, iSeries, SQL required.
