Job Description

D Shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Thursday, 6PM-6AM

Sustain current processes to achieve greater line and parametric yields. Monitor process trends to ensure compliance with necessary parameters. Monitor test wafer runs and analyze the visual and physical test data to determine process quality, make adjustments as necessary. Maintain documentation and statistical process control charts on processes. Help with executions of DOE and other experiments in Epi/Implant and Diffusion areas.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques. Skills in running AMAT or ASM Epi tools, Axcelis Implant tools or Diffusion furnaces, technical writing, computers, interfacing with people, problem solving and organization. Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, physics, chemistry or a related field or equivalent experience.
