Job Description

Primary duties consist of multi systemic therapy (MST) and community application of MST model. The model includes community treatment with families of adjudicated youth that have been provided an intensive home-based alternative to incarceration. The treatment has been court ordered from family court. The Therapist assists the family in changing anti-social behaviors of the youth in the context of a systems approach. The Therapist carries a caseload of four (4) to six (6) adjudicated youth.

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Creative Arts Therapy, Rehabilitation, Human Services, Family Therapy, Education Counseling, or related field, plus one (1) year experience providing therapy services for youth and their families, which may include internships and practicums. MST Therapy Certification Program must be successfully completed within sixty (60) days of the date of hire. Quarterly booster training thereafter.  This is a FT position.
