Assists in planning and scheduling the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of the corporate systems architecture (including the applications, data, and infrastructure architectures). Resolves an assortment of problems of limited scope related to system design of new or existing systems. Additionally, may provide administrative and technical support to senior associates and analysts in determining technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Individual contributor role.
Position summary and key responsibilities
Call Center Modernization - Responsible for project delivery through management of Agile workflow - Support migration from Aspect Call Center ACD to Aspect UIP for inbound call routing platform and integration with multiple other platforms (NICE, eWFM).
- Knowledge of Agile workflow desired - Ability to develop and support UIP M3 Scripting - Configuration of UIP OSMS - C# development and support with focus on transcribing existing application from other disciplines into web service (i.e. from Aspect ECS to web service) - Aspect Enterprise Contact Center knowledge desired - Understanding of SQL database and interaction with Aspect platforms desired
