Job Description

Required Skills 
• 5+ years industry experience in IVR application development using Genesys or Nuance Framework 
• Strong exposure in Genesys or Nuance voice application software development 
• Hands on experience in creating IVR application using one of these technologies - 
VXML, XML Grammars, .NET C# or Java 
• Experience in design and development of speech applications for call center operations and good knowledge of customer experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 

Position Summary 
Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development. 
Must Demonstrate a broad understanding of Speech Enabled IVR systems, integration of associated systems, architecture, infrastructure and tools. 
Collaborate with team members to identify solutions that meet the business requirements 
Keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, program decisions, issues, and changes to the project and the project plan
