Job Description

Main point of contact for Clients for trade confirmation and allocations for Equity Portfolio trades. Will also include working with RDS to open new accounts and update existing instructions as directed by clients. Work with Sales and Clients to resolve trade discrepancies. Candidate must be able to offer premium Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BOAML departments. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all operational issues and will act as Client advocate within BOAML to ensure all client’s needs are met. Responsibilities: Resolution and escalation of unconfirmed, unallocated trades for Clients Timely response to client queries regarding the confirmation/allocation of their trades Work with internal departments to ensure client accounts set up and updated timely and accurately Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives Requirements: Detail oriented Good communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds. Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate. Required skills include College degree, 2 plus yrs of financial services experience, proficient with MS Excel, including Pivot, V –look up and Macros. ETF product knowledge a plus.
