JOB TITLE: Business Support Specialist
Seeking highly-motivated individual to join the Business Operations function within the Chief Operating Office (COO) of Technology Engineering & Operations. Will support all business management activities for the Business Operations Executive and Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities will include meeting material development, event coordination and management and Senior Executive 1 on 1 preparation. Will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization's SharePoint site and document repository tool. Broad SharePoint and SharePoint Designer experience are required. Should have strong administration skills, including written and oral skills. Must work well with a team and be willing to assist in various roles of the Business Operations support team.
Must have strong presentation skills and attention to detail. Deadline oriented. Strong with MS office, Word/Excel, Sharepoint, excellent communication. Previous experience supporting executives.
