Job Description

Determines functionality needed for onboarding applications to a single access request management tool, involving line of business, software/hardware developers as internal clients. Works closely with these clients to determine functional needs, and develop relationships with the line of business needs, objectives and existing request processes. Projects strong communication and presentation skills as well as quick to learn technologies and functions. Not afraid of a little data entry when necessary. Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience. 

Access the incoming requests via multiple sources against our guidelines, assign priority, and process quickly and efficiently, ensuring all controls are met, generally includes conversations via email, meetings with clients.
