Job Title: Program Manager Support / Project Manager 
Location: New York (Midtown) 
Job Description: A Program Support /Project Management role in Global Markets tax operations program 

 
Responsibilities 

• Support firm-wide program to deliver compliance with tax rules - specifically the new U.S. federal tax rule 871(m) 

• Coordinate and drive alignment across a large and diverse set of stakeholders across several program and project working groups to achieve program objectives, working with Senior Management, Front Office, Corporate Tax, Operations , Technology 
• Partner and coordinate with multiple functionally-aligned change management teams 
• Develop project plans and other core project deliverables as needed in collaboration with stakeholders, communicate project status at a high level, and detail/track project issues as needed 
• Identify and pragmatically resolve program and project level issues wherever needed, including in-depth work with project teams and quickly becoming a domain expert to overcome roadblocks 
• Adhere to the firm’s change management and best practice standards and actively promote our culture and commitment to managing risk to deliver the best products and services for our customers 

Requirements 
• Front to back knowledge of Global Markets / Trading Businesses ; background in delivering change in Tax Operations organization is a plus 
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently in different capacities 
• Knowledgeable about and able to work in various change management disciplines – change oriented mindset – able to apply discipline and rigor where required. 
• Self-motivated and self-directed: able to work unsupervised. Candidate able to manage own time and know when to escalate. 
• Strong program and project management skills and ability to perform business analysis as needed - with proven track record of delivering to plan 
• Ability to run effective meetings and workshops, with all levels of stakeholder 
• Assertiveness, listening, influencing and diplomacy skills, 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence without authority, and negotiate when needed 
• Expertise with MS products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
