Job Description

Looking for experienced forward thinking Functional/Automation Test Specialist with a passion for growth and innovation 

Ideal candidate will create and implement strategy via developing, coding and executing test cases and test script frameworks. He/she should be knowledgeable and experienced in translating business/design requirements into test plan/test cases. He/she should be knowledgeable and experienced in using automated tools such as Cyara, Rational Integration Tester (RIT), Rational suite tools, HP tool sets such as Quick Test Pro (QTP) / Unified Functional Tester (UFT), or open source test automation tools such as Selenium. He/she should be able to learn any test automation tool and scripting language quickly. 

Job responsibilities: 
• review designs, system specifications, and UI documents related to the IVR call flows 
• translate requirements into test plans and test cases 
• lead walkthrough sessions with designers/developers on test case design, test coverage matrix, and data mining/conditioning requirements 
• prepare test scripts in Cyara as well as end to end scripts using various automation tools 
• perform test execution and reporting, as well as initiate triage sessions with designers/developers/business partners 

Required professional and technical expertise 
• At least 2 years’ experience in the creation of functional and automation testing strategy/test plan 
• At least 2 years’ experience in Software testing for established methodologies 
• At least 2 years’ experience in hands-on scripting automation experience including creation of test automation framework, design and test scripts 
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Should have good knowledge of automation tool sets and different test process and methodologies 
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills 

Desired skills 
• At least 2 year’ experience in scripting language 
• .Net or java programming skills 
• Contact Center testing experience 
• Native Spanish language fluency
