Job Description

6 years experience 

- Work closely with Change manager and business project lead to understand project requirements and communicate Test results. 
- Coordinate Process team input into T&D deliverable 
- Review BR, Fspecs and Tspecs 
- Provide training on QC (as needed) 
- Sets guidelines for the test scripts to be written by the team 
- Ensure testing is on schedule and escalate any issues/Concerns. 
- Ensure QC is updated for testing process and defects 
- Ensure defects are being assigned and worked 
- Responsible for the coordination of documentation and execution of test scripts 
- Coordinate prioritization of test scripts and defects 
- Manages Day to day activity of Testers and test leads.
