Position Summary 

Shared between Compliants and FCRA teams. 

Provides technical & business systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Translates business needs into technical requirements / conceptual diagrams and ensures all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications. Works with LOB personnel and Technical Architects / ApPDev teams. Aware of business or function for which application or system is designed. Has the required domain knowledge, as applicable or brings other domain knowledge that improves the overall function of the business to team interface. Constantly looks for ways to improve the interaction with the business, architecture, and App Dev teams. 

Required Skills 
- 7-10 years experience with: 
--- Oracle 
--- Systems Analysis and Design within technology organizations 
- 5+ years experience with: 
--- Agile/Lean Agile methodology 
---Experience with Pega 
--- Waterfall methodology 
- Excellent Written and Communication skills 
- Excellent conflict resolution skills 
- Working knowledge of multiple Technologies 
- Ability to negotiate priorities and achieve business results 

Desired Skills 
- An understanding of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) law and how it affects Financial Institutions or Bank of America specifically. 
- Strong working knowledge of Rally tool usage. 
- Ability to think critically. 
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills. 
- Active listener. 
- Ability to voice opinions appropriately while being open to feedback.
