  • Strong technical writing experience - Policy and Procedure writing 
  • Multi-tasking experience 
  • Process flow/Process mapping experience 
  • Must have strong task analysis experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Templates 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) - must at least 5 years Word experience 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Seeking candidates with previous Bank, Mortgage Servicing and or Collections exp 
  • Must have exp in managing 10+ docs simultaneously. Develops policy and procedure documentation by reading/analyzing regulation documents, business requirement documents (BRDs), interviewing subject matter experts and completing task analyses 
  • Able to follow documented formats and standards consistency guide 
  • Able to manage multiple and competing priorities of varying complexity including small to extra large projects 
  • Able to work with little direction and is self directing. Able to meet demanding deadlines. 


  • Analyzes business requirements and large, complex projects to understand impacts to documents, and can accurately inventory impacted documents 
  • Develops clear and accurate user documentation based on business requirements with little direction 
  • Researches, asks probing questions, follows up on gaps and verifies information to produce quality documents 
  • Independently manages multiple large/complex projects and issues, and directs work of other associates related to these projects 
  • Demonstrates excellent project management skills, including managing complex tasks and dependencies with other task and areas, developing detailed project plans, managing risks and developing contingency plans 

PROFICIENCY RATING - scale from 1 - 5 (5 best): candidate must rate their proficiency level in the following AND provide an explanation to validate their rating (provide candidate response on first page of resume - if both RATING and EXPLANATION are not provided as noted, the candidate will be rejected): 

  • Task analysis 
  • Procedural writing 
  • Process mapping/process flow 
  • Training (resource) will be provided via 'Live Meeting' and bridgeline 
  • Overtime - as needed with prior approval
