Products are developed using materials such as Titanium, Cobalt Chrome, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Hastalloy, Waspalloy, and other high Nickel alloys, as well as other common tool steels including H-13 and S-7. From these materials, we not only produce the components, but the fixtures they are produced upon as well.
Throughout the entire product development cycle, the need for an integrated approach that considers the material, design, tooling, and fixtures required to support the launch of our products exists and can only be executed by skilled Machinists.
