Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Service is recruiting for an Office Coordinator in the Atlanta area. The essential duties are as follows:


    • Greet candidates and other guests upon arrival, set-up in interview room and give application, references to sign
    • Assist all branches with phones-pre-screen and assist ambassadors with general questions
    • Process Payroll
    • Administer new hire paperwork, including E-Verify and Ambassador Program
    • Enter new hire paperwork in Staff Suite and file
    • Parse resumes, as needed
    • Assist in formatting of resumes, as needed
    • Send ECM’s to Ambassadors
    • Ordering of Office Supplies and Materials (Office Depot, Informs, Marketing Department)
    • Prepare Fed-Ex packages (interoffice to corp. and others as needed)
    • Submit help-desk tickets (eliminates duplicate entries by several employees)
    • Update and maintain office information, such as phone lists, anniversary’s birthdays
    • Send birthday cards to working Ambassadors on monthly basis
    • Prepare documents for office
    • Assist with Video Select, as needed
    • Assist in sending Testing, as needed
    • Unemployment claims- respond to emails from TALX and scan &email mailed in forms
    • Misc. projects as assigned
    • Maintain Calendar

  • Must have great phone and paging skills
  • Staffing Experience plus
  • Must have reception experience
