Summary Description: 

Responsible for the support and development of systems, processes, and technologies for JD Edwards. This position requires technical and functional skills, and the ability to build strong relationships that will help deliver value for the organization. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual that has the technical proficiency to recommend, develop and deliver quality solutions across the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:             

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to create and implement industry leading solutions
  • Retrofit existing modifications after ESU’s are applied or during a JDE upgrade
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance for the JD Edwards team
  • Develop and maintain JDE objects in support of system interfaces
  • Investigate post-implementation problems and initiate solutions
  • Comply with security and governance policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Six (6) plus years of JDE EnterpriseOne development
  • Experience developing and maintaining JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0 (9.1) applications utilizing Object Management Workbench (OMW), Business Functions (BSFN), Real Time Events (RTE), Business Services (BSSV)
  • Experience with JDE 3rd Party applications: WebLogic, BI Publisher
  • Experience with developing BSSV based XML interfaces from JDE to 3rd parties (B2B) would be beneficial
  • Strong SQL skills are an asset
