Job Description

Staffmark is looking for a long-term admin person who is willing to grow within the company to help on the day to day operations of the On-Site's. 

What we are looking for: 


Responsibilities and Requirements of the role: 
  • Conduct orientations for oncoming new hires. 
  • Conduct backgrounds and drug tests on new hires, and evaluate their eligibility
  • Recruit new hires for open positions within the company to ensure headcount stays consistent. 
  • Run daily reports.
  • Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. 
Pay Rate:
$18.00/hr

Shift: 
- 8 hours, but must be flexible working 40+ hours. 

  • High Diploma required
  • Bilingual is a plus!
