Exciting things are happening at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation!  We are expanding and now hiring and training for our new Indirect Lending Center located in Easley, SC that is set to open in February 2020.  This is an opportunity to work with a well-established, growing company which has been in business since 1941.  Looking for 3-4 employees.


Role Purpose:  The Indirect Lending Center Representative supports 1st Franklin branches, new and existing dealers and other personnel with telephone, email, and other channels with assistance using an online system that creates loans during specified hours. This support includes verifying fundamental operation of the computer, Internet access, and Operating Systems (OS)/browsers.  


Principal Accountabilities:  


1. Delivers Administrative Functions to Support Indirect Lending a. Works directly with branches, dealers and other personnel to resolve a complexity of needs to issues with system b. Creates user profiles, modifications and deletions c. Coordinates with IT Departments and Vendors to ensure system support  d. Applies patches, updates and upgrades to system under direction of Indirect Lending Center Manager e. Creates documentation in various forms for reporting to Manager f. Learn and develop new systems as they are implemented 


2. Provides Support to Indirect Lending Center a. Reviews information provided by dealers and other sources for accuracy b. Resolves user issues and logs comments to support tracking 


3. Ensures Compliance and Regulatory Control within Area  a. Adheres to and enforces all Compliance, 1FFC policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations b. Investigates and reports issues that have a significant financial, legal or compliance impact 


4. Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience a. Responds to customer’s needs in a timely and efficient manner b. Builds internal and external relationships 


5. Sponsors a Learning & Development environment  a. Demonstrates knowledge of features and benefits of indirect lending products b. Supports a learning development framework c. Maintains appropriate industry knowledge d. Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities 


6. Supports the 1FFC Leadership Competencies 


7. Performs all other work-related duties as assigned 


Job Requirements

Education, Qualifications, Experience


Essential:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic experience with a scripting language

• Displays high degree of accuracy and excellent problem and reasoning skills

• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement

• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings

• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information

• Action and result focused

• Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)

• Proficient with MS Office Suite products

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile


Desirable:

• Previous experience in IT and/or Indirect Lending, preferred • Other relevant experience 



Tentative Hours:

Monday - Friday:  9am - 9pm

Saturday:  10 am - 6 pm

Sunday:  12noon - 5 pm
